Re: GCA045K Special Attribute D-T Challenge

Hi,

Could I please request a challenge checker that looks at unique D-T combinations using the "Special tool required" attribute? There will be one check that looks at total D-T combinations, and then checks through other cache types too. To confirm, all of these will check the "Special tool required" attribute + unique D-T combinations. Thanks!

• 30 unique D-T combinations; and
• 20 unique D-T combinations as Traditional cache types; and
• 20 unique D-T combinations as Multi-Cache cache types; and
• 20 unique D-T combinations as Mystery/Unknown cache types; and
• 10 unique D-T combinations as Wherigo cache types; and
• 5 unique D-T combinations as Letterbox Hybrid cache types; and
• 5 unique D-T combinations as EarthCache cache types.

So for example, the "20 unique D-T combinations as Traditional cache types" will check 20/81 D-T squares under the traditional cache type and special tool required attribute.

Would you mind adjusting the numbers, based on local Geocacher requirements?
total: 60
trad: 40
multi: 10
unknown: 40
Wherigo: 5
Letterbox hybrid: 5
EarthCache: 1
Could you also add the requirement for 1 Virtual cache with the "special tool required" attribute? I'll need to further review whether to keep this due to limited virtual caches in existence with that attribute, so we'll see.

Finally, is there any chance that you're able to display in a coloured grid the 9x9 D-T matrix, showing the numbers for each of the cache types?
An example would be something like this checker showing the different cache type D-T matrixes. Thanks!

Hi, just checking to see if this current working checker can be updated with my proposed numbers (and the 1 virtual check added too?).

If the visual D-T grids is too much programming work/complexity, then that can be a nice to have rather than must, thanks.

OK, I've performed one last iteration, and I think I've settled on the following numbers, if it is ok to please adjust the numbers to these? Please also remove the virtual cache type check, thanks!
