[Awaiting feedback] gc3mgrq Highpointer challenge

Would it be possible to create a checker for this challenge i will not post unless given permission on page Thanks steve
Highpointing is the sport of ascending to the point with the highest elevation within a given area (the "highpoint"). Examples include: climbing the highest point of each U.S. state; reaching the highest point of each county within a specific state; and ascending the highest mountain on each continent (the "Seven Summits").

______________________________________________________

The Challenge
To log Geocaches on 10 different USA state high points. You may log multiple geocaches types at the summits, but all the geocaches logged on a given summit count toward one state only. One geocache at each highpoint must bill itself as the highest point in that state in order to qualify. Previous finds count, as do placements..

See RELATED WEB PAGE above for a list of state high points in the USA. Not all state high points have a geocache!

Because this is a challenge cache you are required to demonstrate your qualification. Do this with a bookmark or a manual list included with your log showing State, Cache Name and GC Code of caches logged or owned. (ten state entries).

Please do not sign logbook unless you qualify, else it may fill with good intentions only. Found LOGS with insufficient qualifying data will be discretely removed. No exceptions.

Collecting qualifying highpoints will earn the D/T of this challenge, but the actual cache you will log here is a micro 1.5/1.5. You'll enjoy the view. Please don't forget to post a FAVORITE if it earns one.

A number of issues:

To log Geocaches on 10 different USA state high points. You may log multiple geocaches types at the summits, but all the geocaches logged on a given summit count toward one state only.

Your reviewer will likely deny this, because:

Challenge Cache Guidelines - Section 10: Source of Criteria

NOT ACCEPTABLE
Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). Examples: user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc.

You couldn't draw a box around each of the highest summits in every state, and say that you have to find caches i those boxes. That would be "user-defined mapping polygons."

However, it is possible to re-word the Challenge so that it is publishable. For example, you could say "find a cache in XXX state that is above YYY feet in elevation." As long as there are "a sufficient number" above YYY feet in elevation, this is publishable. For example, see GC7XMGX.

Please do not sign logbook unless you qualify, else it may fill with good intentions only.

While this is only a request ("please"), your Reviewer may ask you to remove this comment, because:

Challenge Cache Guidelines - Section 7: Signing Log
Cachers may sign a challenge cache's physical log at any time.

It is a legacy cache but it will not be possible to make a checker for this challenge

If you're looking for "find the highest cache in 10 states", this should do it.

Please ask the owner if he would accept this checker because it is not strickly to the challenge criteria

Ah, good point. I think most high points in the US have caches at them, making the highest cache = highest point.

I'll leave the checker up until the CO clarifies. However I've disassociated the GC#.
