[Resolved] GCA0XXC Challenge cache 1 Earth Cache in 20 Regions

This is a Challenge cache and it is at the posted co-ordinates. In order to claim this cache you must have found 1 Earth Cache in 20 different states. This can include U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
