Conceptually, this one is similar to GCA0RNW but I've used one additional step in the sequence.

You must have already visited enough counties and found enough cache types to create a Fibonacci sequence (through level 11) of counties. You need to have already found at least 11 cache types during your travels and visited at least 89 counties. Labs & Locationless don't count.

For this challenge, we're ignoring the zero and using the next eleven numbers in the sequence: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89.
