[Resolved] Edit to checker for GCA1Q4W

Hello again!

Apparently using GeoTour souvenirs as a requirement for a challenge isn't allowed from what my local reviewer expressed to me:

"Use of the GeoTour souvenir is a no-go since it requires finding 100% of the caches in a specific list. However you can use the GEO Tour attribute as a requirement in a challenge."

Because of this, would I be able to edit the checker to reflect the new criteria of:

Log at least 5 webcam caches and at least 50 caches with the GeoTour attribute.
