[Resolved] Need to change the checker for GCA109R

Unfortunately the reviewer does not want to publish the challenge GCA109R as planned. The optional criterion "50 attended GIGA events" is not Guideline compliant.
Please replace the optional criterion "50 visited GIGA events" with "Caches with at least 50,000 favourite points found".
