[Resolved] Need checker changed for GC8JR1A

Hi,

The reviewer is now telling me that this challenge that has been in play for 3 years is not allowed and must be changed or archived.

So, could you please make me a challenge checker that requires a cacher to have found at least 1 physical cache (no locationless, EarthCaches, Virtuals, etc) in the following states: California, Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kentucky, and Virginia.

That's the least number of states to get from Sea to Shining Sea, so it still goes along with the idea behind the original challenge.
