Hi there,
just a hint from me on this one, as I've also got a couple of continent specific challenge caches:
A continent as such is no valid criteria for a challenge cache!

What I had to do is create "country lists" and embed them in the challenge, in order to get it approved, because a list of countries is valid.

So just in case you struggle to get the challenge approved, maybe work with the country lists from Project GC, here's what I created for my caches, e.g. GC9WH2A, feel free to re-use it:

There are different continent lists
The checker I have provided is based on the New World Encyclopedia
