MY REVIEWER WANTS A DIFFERENT CHALLENGE FOR THIS GC DUE TO REPETITIVENESS.

COULD I GET GC9GCFZ CHANGED TO A CHECKER LIKE THE ONE FOR GC9TJ1F EXCEPT FOR 10 COUNTIES INSTEAD OF 3?

We cannot remove the tag on GC9GCFZ because you cloned it yourself.

(My advice is to never clone unless you are 100% confident that your Challenge will be published.)
