[Resolved] Need a checker for GCA6BP3

Hi,

I need a challenge checker that requires a cacher to have found at least 1 physical cache in each of these U.S. States and one Canadian Province: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pensylvania, and New York; and Ontario. Non-physical caches like Virtuals, EarthCaches, and Webcams don't count.
