How do I include the link to my new challenge checker on my cache page?

Sounds like you need to change to "source-mode", the button labeled "</> Source" should be green with white text, then you can copy/paste the code you have in this post in your cache description. Click the source-button again to get the other kind of editor.

Do I need to add the title and description to the checker myself? I see it was cloned from a simple checker when I test it.

The title is added automatically shortly after the cache is published, the description is not necessary.
