[Resolved] New checker: GCA3VMR

Good afternoon!

Hoping to get a routine checker made:
GCA3VMR Richmond 365 Challenge: find a cache on each of the days of the calendar, Jan 1 through Dec 31, with the exception of Feb 29.

And a question for the experts: are 365 specific-cache-type challenges still allowed post moratorium? That is, could a request a checker for a calendar of nothing but traditionals, once again Leap Day excluded? I'm not officially requesting the checker right now because I still need to fill two days to qualify. I just want to know if it's possible.

I should add I'd like the checker requested to include lab caches.
