Hi,

I need a checker that requires a cacher to have found at least one physical cache (Virtuals, Webcams, EarthCaches, etc. don't count) in each of the 15 States that were part of the Louisiana Purchase: Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Also, because part of the Canadian Provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan were originally included in the Louisiana Purchase, I will allow a find in either of those Provinces (but not both) to count for 1 of the U.S. States needed.

It looks like it's working properly, but I may need to test it a bit more with more people just to make sure the Canadian provinces work correctly.

Logic is roughly (15/15 OR (14/15 AND (Alberta OR Saskatchewan))), so it should be fine, but it's good to test.
