[Resolved] Gca84fp - oldest caches in Spanish regions

I would appreciate a checker for challenge that qualifies when the player has found the oldest active caches (at the time the checker is executed) in any 5 of the 17 Spanish regions (Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, La Rioja, Navarra, Aragon, Catalunya, Comunidad Valenciana, Castilla y Leon, Comunidad de Madrid, Castilla La Mancha, Andalucía, Murcia, Islas Canaria, Islas Baleares, Extremadura)
