Sometimes we are spoiled in Utah because of the large areas that are public land. Many of the caches in Tooele County are out in the “boondocks”. Or out in BLM or other public land. The following information is the percent of the state that is public land.
The cache IS at the posted coordinates. In order to log a find you will need to qualify by finding AT LEAST A DOZEN STATES ACCORDING TO THE PERCENT OF THE STATE WITH IS PUBLIC LAND. For example you would need to find 95 caches in Alaska to count, 75 in Utah and down to 1 in Kansas or Rhode Island.
