[Resolved] Need a new checker for GCAA85Z

Need a checker in the style of GCA1KTH/72672 but

requires a pair of caches in five different counties (or county equivalents) where the pair of caches are separated by 1 mile (5280 ft) of elevation or more.

not constrained to US only
