This challenge is to find 100 caches in 15 counties, spread over 4 different states.

IE 100 caches in one county in 4 different states, with 15 counties of 100 caches overall

It is not particularly ergonomic; perhaps vogelbird knows of a script that can provide better output.

Can I suggest that better output using the same script can be achieved using https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCAACAQ/78813

Also, I note that iatsemedic only has 14 counties (Kent County, Michigan seems to be at 91 and the closest to being their 15th).

I do not think that tag is correct: the Challenge, as I interpret it, is to find 100 caches in each of 15 counties; those 15 counties must be spread across at least 4 states.

You have it set up so that 100 finds in 4 U.S. states is sufficient for the second condition: but that is not enough. Those 100 caches could be spread across multiple counties, when only counties containing at least 100 finds should count.

Hugh's link works just fine, and yes I don't qualify yet with either the number of counties or states, however that will be rectified this weekend, when i finish out Jefferson County Kentucky.... I used Cacher "MaxB on the River" as the test subject.
