To qualify for this challenge, you must have completed at least one of the qualifications listed below:

Logged a found on:
175 wherigos or
34 webcams or
1 cache with over 1000 favorite points or
4 geocaches with a challenge icon
200 geocaches placed at less than 3000 ft. elevation or
1 geocache located over 3000 meters high in elevation or
23 geocaches with the Geo Tour attribute or
390 “not chosen” container types or
1 geocache at least -200 feet below sea level or
1 cache with a negative "recommended for tourist attribute"

The main part isn't translated, it's always in English, it's just the opening sentence in prose that's translated, so where is the problem? And why haven't you tried it yourself?
