1 cache in each of the 11 counties of Kwazulu Natal in South Africa:
Amajuba, Umkhanyakude, Zululand, uMgungundlovu, Sisonke, Umzinyathi, eThekwini, uThungulu, Ugu, Uthukela and iLembe

and

The following types of caches in the state of Kwazulu Natal in South Africa
3 x Multi-cache
5 x Traditional
3 x Mystery
1 x Earthcache
2 x Event cache
1 x Wherigo

and

The following sizes of cache containers in the state of Kwazulu Natal in South Africa
1 x Not Chosen
1 x Other
5 x Micro
5 x Small
2 x Regular
1 x Large

A cache may only be used once - ie you must find a minimum of 41 caches to fulfil the requirements

It is easy to tag if except for "A cache may only be used once"
The my guess is that no script exist that can do that.
If a cache can be used twice it is easy to do. You could add that 41 finds is neede in the state
