Requirements:
To complete this challenge, you must have five or more finds on each of five of the following categories/types of caches.​​​​​​​

Traditional
Multi-Cache
Mystery/Unknown
Earthcache
Letterbox
Events (including MEGA, GIGA, Community)
CITO
Wherigo
Lab Caches/Adventure Lab Stages
Webcam, Locationless (in any combination of 5)

That is a total of 25 cache finds for this challenge, 5 finds for each of five different cache types as listed above.

Please note I’ve removed the Lab Cache part to both the penta checkers, as Hugh is right that this is against guidelines.
