[Resolved] GC40ZM3 - count to 10, 20 times (using coordinates)

From the cache page description -

For this challenge you need to find 20 (twenty) caches that use ALL 10 numbers - 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, and 0, in the posted coordinates. For example N 41° 37.623 W 087° 55.790.
All ten numbers are represented.

The ZERO factor: The zero in your number combination can NOT be the zero in front of the West coord (W 087, W088, etc) The zero MUST be represented somewhere else in the number, and yes, the zero counts for the North (N 40, N 30, etc.). Why? I don’t know, that just what I want.

Unfortunately, there appears to be a slight bug in the script. I've contacted the script writer to correct it. The script also doesn't have an option to exclude leading zeroes on the longitude. I've requested that option at the same time.

Jakuje has fixed the bug and modified the script to be able to disallow leading zeroes. I've updated the tag with the new config.
