Requirements:
Log a find of one Mulit-cache placed in each year since geocaching began in 2000.

When the new year begins, the challenge should not require a find until April 1 or later of that year. For example, a 2024 multi would not be required until April 1, 2024.

I like the checker output format used on GCAE461

I am more than willing to change the requirement to:
A new year will be added to the challenge at the end of that year. For example, 2024 would not be required until 1 January 2025.

Hm. That is also tough. I can offer:

This requires the new year at the beginning of February; ie. 20xx becomes required on 20xx-02-01. If that is not satisfactory I can look for another script, but I am not sure if one exists.

February 1 would work just fine. But for those that do not qualify, it is difficult to identify what years are missing in the script output.

If this is the only option using February 1, then are there other output options using January 1? Like the output from checker 23003.

I sense that I have asked for something that does not exist yet and is particularly difficult to accomplish. Would it be helpful if I change my challenge to something that is similar to an already existing one?
