[Resolved] Need a checker for GCAEM0E

Hi,

I need a checker that requires a cacher to have found at least 1 Physical Cache in Canada, PLUS 1 Physical Cache find in these 32 U.S. States: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

No virtual type caches are allowed for this challenge, so no EarthCaches, Webcams, Virtuals, Locationless, etc.

Note that your list there only has 31 counties in it. Nonetheless, I set the requirement at 32. Let me know (a) which state to add, or (b) if 31 is intended.
