[Resolved] Gc81pm8 improvement request

This is a NOT CHOSEN challenge requiring 100 caches in Vermont of any type, and 100 caches from anywhere of the “not chosen” size.

A Canadian friend has pointed out to me that his not chosen caches finds from Canada are excluded in the “not chosen” total.

Can this be changed so the not chosen finds are not restricted to the United States?
