[Resolved] Checker for GCAEF3Y Wherigo by the Year

Log a find of one Wherigo placed in each year since Wherigo’s began in 2008.

When the new year begins, that year should be added to the requirement. For example, a 2024 Wherigo would be required on January 1, 2024.

I like the format used on the checker for GCAE5EQ
