North Dakota Challenge: Oldest by County

I am wondering if I could modify this checker for a new challenge?

The challenge would be for North Dakota instead. Same basic concept though. It would require finding the oldest cache in 32 out of the 53 different counties. Archived caches will count for this challenge. Also, hides will also count. I don't want to penalize someone if they own the oldest cache in a county or counties.

The only change I would like to see with the output, is to add the county in front of the region of North Dakota.

Hm. I am not entirely sure if there is a script in the system that can handle:

I believe that all the scripts I am familiar with fall back to the second-oldest hide (or third, fourth) if the user owns the oldest.

I'll leave this for other taggers to look at.

Thank you for putting that together. It looks like it is pulling the data correctly. Would it be possible to make one tweak on the output? Can we list the county along with the state? i.e. Barnes County (ND)
