Please make a checker for my new challenge GCAGE01. It requires a 100 km chain of finds within the province of Ontario, with a maximum of 5 km apart. It is a duplicate of the challenge GC7KX85 in Nova Scotia, but using Ontario instead.

Unfortunately, this challenge is not allowed. Not sure how the Nova Scotia one was published, perhaps the reviewer was unaware of the guidelines. (I've tried to have a similar challenge in Ontario published, and the reviewers rejected it - so they're definitely aware).

It violates rule #10. Source of Criteria:

In Europe this challenge is accepted as long as there are no other conditions and also HQ has accepted this challenge

As I said, I have been explicitly refused this challenge in Ontario. So, if it gets published, I'm going to have a bone to pick with our reviewers... :). The one you cited was published before they got "more strict".
