Please make a checker for Challenge Newby StateCount

The cache IS at the posted coordinates, but in order to log a find you must first qualify.

To qualify you must find AT LEAST ONE CACHE IN THREE DIFFERENT COUNTIES IN THREE DIFFERENT STATES.
