Now I realize that when I did the translation I didn't do it well enough.
The challenge is to have found an exact number of caches, 4321, in any leap year. Not exactly in a single leap year.
In other words, you can add those found in 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020, 2024, 2028, ...
The sum of those found in these years and/or those to come must be 4321.

That still does not change the situation, your challenge is time-limited/
The only possibility is to change the criteria in hidden dates

In other words find 4321 caches hidden in 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012............

I finally got it.

The challenge will be to have 3,500 found hidden in a leap year.
