[Resolved] GCAH13X - GCCS - CRAZY COOL CAPITAL CHALLENGE!!

I have created a challenge cache for which I need a checker. The cache is GCAH13X - GCCS - CRAZY COOL CAPITAL CHALLENGE!!

To meet the requirements of this challenge, you must find a cache in the county where 10 different US capitals are located.

This is almost an exact clone of the checker for GCA6M5P - Capital Punishment Challenge (Checker link: https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GCA6M5P/76555). The only difference is that checker validates against 25 capitals and I want just 10.

If you need me to list the counties I can do that. Just let me know...
