Is it possible to create a checker with the following requirements:
1. find a geocache in all regions of a country (no matter which of 250 geocaching countries)
2. must be fulfilled in at least 3 countries
3. home country must be included

As a result, the content would be like 3 Diamond country badges from Project-GC.

I've extended the script, i believe it now works as you intended it. I have used the country in which users have found the most caches, as PGC can't detect a user's home coordinates. The same link is still valid.
