[Resolved] Need a checker for GCAHFVM

Hi,

I need a challenge checker that requires a cacher to have Found at least 1 Cache of any type in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, to have Found at least 3 Caches with the Boat Required Attribute, and to have Found at least 10 Caches with the Scuba Gear Required Attribute.
