Ingham County (MI) is not used because according to OSM it has no boundary with Washtenaw County

I also noticed that you do not qualify yet

The original post should have stated "WITHIN" not with.

Checker needed for Washtenaw County (Michigan). Seeker must have found at least 17 caches within the boundaries of said county. Thanks in advance for any help!

SO the finder only needs 17 finds for the county of Washtenaw County, Michigan. It should be an easy checker.
