[Resolved] GC5ET2M (4 x 4 Challenge) could use a Checker

Requirements are pretty simple:
1. Find 4 different cache TYPES on the SAME calendar day in 4 different U.S. states (16 total caches).
2. Each qualifying state may be found on different days (ie Texas on 5/3/12, Oklahoma on 5/9/12, Louisiana on 7/9/12, and Arkansas on 7/10/12).
3. I will allow Washington D.C. to count as one of the qualifying states.
