requesting a checker for GCAPTR5
1. Fizzy level 1 which requires a found and logged cache for every combination of possible difficulty and terrain, a minimum of 81 caches, and

2. Jasmer level 1 which requires a found and logged cache placed in every month from May 2000 to the current month. To permit a slightly easier qualification, you are permitted to be missing one and only one month.
