Re: New checker oldest caches in SW England

Hello,
Could I have a checker for GC71TYC please. The reviewer has confirmed this is ok and I have qualified for it.
The challenge is to have found 10 caches that were published on or before 31st December 2002 in the SW region of England.
Caches that have been found and qualify but are now archived need to count (reviewer requested I ensure the checker does this).
Travelling caches do not count - exclude GC4C35 Cuckoo cache.
