Challenge Cache Fuzhou Fifteen Five

The challenge: Find 15 caches in Fuzhou . Within these 15 must be 5 different types (events etc. also ok). I fulfill the challenge, since I logged a traditional, mystery, Event, CITO, I own a Letterbox and a multi cache here. Also, I am preparing a WIG and EC at the moment.

The challenge should cover the area of the city Fuzhou, in the province Fujian, in China. The city is at this coordinates:
N 26° 06.247 E 119° 16.904 If there is no polygon for that city because of chinese map-political reason just tell me,
I will then provide the corners of a rectangle to use, or follow other instructions to draw the polygon myself.

I am not seeing Fujian in the list of regions show at http://project-gc.com/Statistics/CachesPerArea?country=China&submit=Filter

Some do not have Latin character names. Can you help us identify the correct area?

Sure, fujian is #6, right above Yunnan. It is the whole province though, not the city.

It is not possible to go down to town level in China. The only polygons which are acceptable at the moment is regional level which is in your case "福建省". Please tell me if this is acceptable for you.

It would be acceptable, however, is it possible, that I draw the polygon for Fuzhou myself?
