Seems like this batch of changes broke profile stats (sorry for being off-topic, but it looked like festest way to reach you):

This hasn't even been released yet. Regardless it's definitely not related to the issue that user is having.

Interesting, the two QA posts seems related. Your profile does not exist in Project-GC's database anymore. Most likely due to issues with the Geocaching.com API. We have probably received a response that has been interpreted as "the user does not exist".

I will investigate this right now.
