Another problem is that there appears to be atleast two different overlays at this time. The cache allows any edition of the delorme book to be used. A quick review of the images in the logs should show this. A new script will need to be developed that can handle multiple overlays.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Hello I am not seeing Fujian in the list of regions show at http://project-gc.com/Statistics/CachesPerArea?country=China&submit=Filter Some do not have Latin character names. Can you help us identify the correct area? Thanksby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
You have found the two. "You have not found caches in enough countries." and "You found caches in enough countries but we could not find a long enough route. The best distance found is " ..tbest.." kilometers." If you do not meet the other requirements such as the minimum number or unique number number of caches it shows up as the best distance is 0.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
ate&batzi You should be able to run the tag as any other user. You might want to try running myself, sloth96, sumbloke, any reviewer you expect might review it, and the name they cache under. But myself and sumbloke should show you the failure messages.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

Hello, The script is updated. Let me know what you think.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

My apologies for not completing this sooner. Your checker is available at: http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC72R77/26213 Let me know what you think.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
What call do you think would work? I tried pulling the regex from the gsak macro and that failed.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
http://geocaching.wikia.com/wiki/Locationless_Cache has a description. They are all archived but there is/was one in Australia that always pops up from time to time. But there are finders that have been around that longby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I am going to have the checker steer people who do not complete.it to http://project-gc.com/Maps/MapMatrix This is a feature of project gc. It lets them dig as much as they want and provides them caches they can find. It saves reinventing the wheel in this macro.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
No problem. A couple of quick questions. Someone could have 5 earth caches in their count, 4 from the 4 earthcaches and one from the 4 others of unique type. Is this acceptable. Also there are some folks who get their caches via locationless caches. Is this acceptable or do you want to block locationless caches?by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Howdy The only way I know to identify challenge caches involves looking at the cache name which is prohibited under current rules. Sorryby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)

The checker in the current state says you do not qualify. The caches below are the ones that the checker found. It has you just short at 39985.338766km. It runs fine for a few other users. I believe the cache is now excluded from the report. This is an untested option inheirited from another script. Let me know if you find any issues.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
This tag is configured for all regions in Germany. If that is not correct please let me know. http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC74QKC/26210 Any other issues also appreciatedby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
Just keep the cache up. The checker will be bouncing up and down as we polish the output. It should not be down for more than 30 minutes a day.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
You are reading the output in an interesting fashion. Having written the code the interpretation more more like the following: >example 1 >Some grouping of caches did not have enough distinct D/T for the types. >Find more unique D/T bins in the following cache type groups. >Event Wherigo Cache Virtual Cache Earthcache set needs to have 36 unique D/T squares and does not. >Lby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
I have expanded the "Helpful hints" report. It now reads as follows for me. Some grouping of caches did not have enough distinct D/T for the types. Find more unique D/T bins in the following cache type groups. Letterbox Hybrid Event Wherigo Cache Virtual Cache set needs to have 36 unique D/T squares and does not. Howdy, Here is a checker for this one. http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC4RZH9/26192 I do not have an example of anyone who has completed it. Running it with janko42 the co only has a partial completion. The polygons look spot on. Feedback appreciated.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
The Blue Quasar Did you get your questioned answered? Please let us know so we can close this issue. The short answer is the project gc interface allows a great amount of manipulation of users finds. To a lesser degree we can query information about other caches including oldest and favorites. However all of this is done internally on project gc copy of the data. Many checkers do stuff beyoby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (impossible)
As I understand it, the current requirements are: The goal is meet if the sum of the distance from the challenge cache coordinates to eight caches founds is larger than 40.075 km. There are three additional conditions: 1. The eight geocaches have to be in different countries. 2. Four founds have to be earthcaches. 3. The remaining four caches have to be different types. All types areby sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
The distance portion certainly is doable. The home portion it sounds as though you dropped. If this needs a new script, wait times vary. Different taggers have different expertise. The same with script writers. And all are volunteers.by sloth96 - ARCHIVE Checker requests (completed)
