Why am I the only person that can't get Hidden Dates to work? [closed]

Morning,

I have reported an issue with the Hidden Dates tool however it seems that I am the only person experiencing this, particularly in our region's Facebook group.

I have tried on several different computers and have re-authenticated on every machine, but it hasn't fixed the issue.

Whenever I try to go to the screen I get the error: {"errorMessage":"Unknown error"}

Can someone advise if there is something else I can try?
