FTF Bookmark list is a setting under User Settings. Project-GC normally use FTF-tagging to detect First to Finds but it is also possible to use a publically available bookmark list that is maintained at Geocaching.com as an alternative.
The setting shows all bookmark lists, even those that are not public, and to add the correct list as a "FTF list" one simply clicks the name of the list.
