In other words, you have to log a find for each difficulty rating on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd ... 28st. It's not required that these finds are in the same month or even the same year. Day 29-31 in the months that has them can be ignored. The minimum amount of finds to complete this challenge is therefore 252 (9*28).
