Find at least 1 cache in each state across the US that would connect you from the Atlantic to the Pacific Oceans.

The script is ready but Groudspeak has not lifted the ban yet on these kind of challenges

I don't understand why this is not allowed yet but having so many states is? Can you tell why?

Because there's currently debate about whether certain counties/regions are connected. I believe the two contentious issues are around bodies of water (e.g., where you could get from one to the other by crossing a lake without stepping on any land in another) and ones which meet at a point.
