[Cancelled] GC6TP13 - Cache owner challenge - checker creation request

Hi I would like to ask you for help creating a challenge checker for my new challenge (not yet published though). The idea is to check each "finders" profile if he/she has 10 or more published caches. (events including).

Why? Well basically, in my vicinity we have plenty of cachers but only a couple of them are creating new caches, so it should be a bit of motivation for them :)

That is not the problem. You require the caches to own caches and that is not allowed because of another rule. And have been for a long time.
