[Cancelled] Checker Request for GC3H20Z

Looking for someone to write a checker for this challenge. It is not mine and its an older challenge. As always you are very appreciated.

I think this would be almost impossible to write a checker for. Given the locale names could be anything down to suburb names, there would be millions of different names to list, with probably three or four applying to each cache. And that's without even taking the "twist" into account, that different languages are allowed.

So you're saying theres a chance. (In my best Dumb and Dumber Impression)
