[Cancelled] GC7XQRA a Cache over the Arctic Circle

Hi,

I would like a checker for the following challenge GC7XQRA

For this challenge you have to found one cache over the arctic circle.
So the latitude of the Cache farthest north has to be more than N66°33′47.3″

Unfortunately that's against rule 10 of the challenge cache guidelines:

Source of Criteria: Not Allowed: Challenges based on geographic areas other than countries, states/provinces, counties (or their local equivalent). For example, user-defined mapping polygons, latitude/longitude, radius, etc.
