[Cancelled] Confluence Challenge Checker Request

As far as I can tell, "confluence" challenges (find caches in every minute of a degree) are still OK according to the new challenge cache guidelines. If not, please let me know.

All of the confluence challenges I've seen simply say that you must find a cache in every degree of North NN and in every degree of West WWW, with no further constraints.

I would like a checker that confirms that you have found a cache in every degree of North NN (constrained to West WWW) and in every degree of West WWW (constrained to North NN). In particular, my challenge would cover N35 and W97. The constraints are tighter, but the challenge could be completed in as few as 100 caches.

Is this checker feasible (I'm sure it is) and more importantly is such a challenge still acceptable?

I'm afraid it's not acceptable. The only geographical conditions which can be used are for countries, states or counties (or equivalent).
