1. Log 20 caches within one calendar month, that is from the first of the month till the last day of the month.
2. The caches must have been placed by 10 different cachers i.e. 2 caches per cacher.
3. The caches can be found anywhere in Manitoba. Caches outside of Manitoba will not be accepted.
4. Caches claimed as found must be active at the time of claiming.
5. There must be at least 1 earth cache in the list of 20 caches.
6. There must be at least 1 multi cache in the list of 20 caches.
7. There must be at least 1 puzzle / mystery cache in the list of 20 caches.
8. There must be at least 1 cache with difficulty of 3.0 or greater.
9. There must be at least 1 cache with terrain of 3.0 or greater.
10. There must be at least 1 cache with more than 40 favourite points.
11. You may not find your own caches in this list.
12. The remaining caches can be of any valid / active kind.

I recently met the requirements and signed the log for this cache in NZ, and now would like to place this challenge cache in my hometown. Is there a challenge checker available for this, or would someone be able to make one for me? Thanks

I believe this against rule 9 of the challenge cache guidelines:

Time-Limited: Not Acceptable: Time-limited caching: as in some number of finds per day, week, month, or year. Example, Busy Day, 50 finds in a day, 500 finds in a month, etc.
