I would like to change this "GC547X4 - 8 on a Streich - Challenge Cache" to 15 instead of 8

I do not understand your question, because you are not the owner of this cache. In addition a challenge like this is not allowed under the current guidelines.

A new challenge can not be time limited and the maximum numbers of different types can only be 11
