Show that you have found a cache exactly 20 years to the day after it was hidden.

The checker is very much similar to

with the exception, that the years' count now is 20.

I would think that your Reviewer would refuse publication under these guidelines:

(Your challenge encourages people to not find caches, and instead wait until they are twenty years old.)
